Introduction

At www.techicom.com ("we", "our", "us"), we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our projects and services, we have a strict no refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any project or transaction with us.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a project is initiated and payment is made, we do not provide any refunds under any circumstances. This applies to all products, services, and project stages, including planning, design, development, and deployment. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept our no refund policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to the need for cancellation. However, cancellations will only be accepted under the following conditions:

- Cancellations can only be requested by the client after providing a written notice to our team via email at info@techicom.com.

- Clients must pay a minimum of 75% of the total project cost as compensation for the work completed, regardless of the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.

- The remaining 25% of the project cost will not be charged if cancellation is accepted and all outstanding dues are cleared.

3. Conditions for Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests will only be processed after verifying:

- The total amount paid to date.

- The work completed on the project.

- The submission of a detailed cancellation reason by the client.

We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests that do not comply with the above conditions or appear unreasonable.

4. Non-Negotiable Policy

This policy is non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances. Clients are advised to carefully review their project requirements, timelines, and budgets before initiating a project with us.

5. Governing Law

This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Techicom operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
